Despite it’s seriously problematic origins, I love Thanksgiving, and one reason I love it is that it’s really for everyone. Doesn’t matter if your dinner table has turkey, tamales, fry bread, lumpia, butter chicken, pho, or lasagna – everyone gets to celebrate a day of food and family.
